What can I sell at the pop-up shop?

Rack and Roll's Monthly Pop-up shop welcomes a diverse range of pre-loved treasures and unique items. You can sell clothing, shoes, accessories, vintage items, handmade crafts, books, antiques, and more. We encourage creativity and variety, so don't hesitate to showcase your unique offerings! Please get in touch with our team if you have questions about what you can sell.

Do I need insurance for my stall?

Not necessarily! We've got you covered with third-party public liability insurance for up to 15 stalls. Simply opt for the 'Uninsured Stall Ticket,' and your stall will be safeguarded.

Already have your insurance? Lucky you! We appreciate your preparedness, so we offer a different price for the 'Insured Stall Ticket.' Remember, you'll have to share your policy with us within a few days after purchasing your ticket to validate your purchase. Otherwise, we kindly request that you cover the price difference for the 'Uninsured Stall Ticket.'

Rest assured, we've ensured your selling experience is secure and hassle-free at Rack and Roll's Pop-up Shop.

What's included with my stall booking?

Each stall booking includes a designated space, tables, chairs, access to our vibrant market community and the opportunity to showcase your pre-loved treasures to eager shoppers.

We offer two different stall sizes: The Small Stall (1.5 x 1.5m) and the Medium Stall (2 x 2m).

Remember that the 'Uninsured Tickets' also come with insurance provided by us.

Can I choose my stall location?

At the moment stall locations are assigned by our team to ensure a balanced and dynamic market layout. Rest assured, we strive to make every spot appealing.

How many stall tickets can I purchase?

There's no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase. However, if you'd like to have multiple stalls together, please let us know when you make your bookings. We'll do our best to allocate adjacent spaces for all stallholders in your group. Your convenience is our priority, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any special requests or requirements. We're here to make your experience at Rack and Roll's Monthly Pop-up Shop enjoyable and hassle-free!

How should I set up my stall at the pop-up shop?

Stall setup is entirely up to your discretion, and the indoor nature of our event makes it even more convenient. You can bring racks, tables, and suitcases, or get creative to make your stall appealing to shoppers. There's no need for a gazebo, so feel free to design your space to showcase your pre-loved treasures best and make them irresistible to our visitors. Your creativity is the limit! Please get in touch with our team if you have any specific setup questions or need assistance. We're here to help you make your stall stand out! 

What time can I set up my stall?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the event's opening time for setup. No late setups are allowed once the doors open to the public.

How can I promote my stall before the event?

We'll take care of most event promotions, but we encourage you to spread the word about your treasures through your social networks. Feel free to use our event poster and tag us on social media to reach a wider audience. We're all about supporting our stallholders and working together to make your stall successful! 

Can I sell food or beverages at my stall?

Sorry, but we do not permit the sale of food or beverages from individual stalls for safety and compliance reasons. Our focus is on pre-loved treasures and unique items.

What happens if the event is rescheduled or cancelled?

In the rare situation that the event is rescheduled or cancelled, we'll provide alternative dates for you to choose from. If none of the rescheduled dates work for you, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or get a full refund.

Refund & Transfer Policy

At Rack and Roll, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs your way, and plans may need to change. We aim to assist you while upholding the quality of our events.

If, for any reason, you can't make it to the event, we're delighted to offer you the option to transfer your ticket to someone else. Share the setup details you receive via email a few days before the event with the seller of your choice and have them check in under your name.

We value your participation, but please note that refunds or transfers won't be possible if you miss the event or can't attend for any reason. To avoid this, we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the opening time for setup, as no late setups are allowed once the doors open for shoppers to ensure everyone's safety.

In the unlikely scenario that WE RESCHEDULE the event and you can't make the new dates, we'll gladly offer you alternative dates to select from. If none of the rescheduled dates work for you, we provide the flexibility to transfer your ticket to a friend or give you a full refund.

Remember, your ticket fee grants you entry as a seller, and while we can't guarantee your sales, we encourage you to bring your best stock and make a lasting impression. Your success on the day is in your hands.
